For superior final print quality, the 36-point levelling system uses a non-contact sensor to precisely measure the distance between the nozzle and hotbed in 36 locations across the print platform. It then automatically calibrates and corrects for any irregularities or unevenness of the hotbed.
The new dual-gear direct drive extruder is made of SUS303 high-quality stainless steel, has a 3:1 reduction ratio, and a stronger extrusion force for smoother filament feeding and more stable & accurate printing, which greatly reduces nozzle clogging and under-extrusion issues, and has a better printing effect than the Bowden extruder. Compatible with a variety of filaments including PLA, TPU, PETG, and ABS.
Most user's needs can be met by a printing size of 225*225*280mm³. All axes of the Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro are driven by silent stepper motors on an STM32 motherboard for quieter and more precise movement during printing, resulting in noise levels as low as 47-48dB. The printer comes with pre-assembled primary components as well as a comprehensive tool kit for rapid installation. The Z-axis features two synchronised lead screws and dual-motor driving provides more steady print head movement and improved printing accuracy, avoiding printing deviation caused by a single Z-axis lead screw motor. The 4-wheel V-guide rail pulley is manufactured of POM and has a more stable movement, low noise, wear resistance, and a longer service life.
A TC4 titanium alloy throat pipe, an aluminium alloy flat heat sink structure, and a brass nozzle are included in the nozzle package. The wider aluminium heat sink combined with the front close-fitting effective cooling fan for improved heat dissipation and lower throat pipe temperature, decreasing the chance of nozzle clogging. Fans on both sides of the print head provide omnidirectional and quick cooling of printed layers, enhancing model details and overhang printing effect.
PEI magnetic platform with a unique coating and spring steel sheet for good adhesion and anti-warping, allowing prints to be released or popped off simply by bending the print steel sheet. The 4.3-inch removable capacitive touch screen can be used as a handheld device or as a fixed component on the base. The built-in print model preview tool allows you to see the model picture before printing and track the progress of the printing process. The 250W high-power hotbed heats up fast to 100℃ and begins printing. To readily see the model printing in a low-light setting, the integrated LED light bar on the gantry may be activated by pressing the buttons on the screen.
