The bed levelling procedure is very quick and accurate thanks to a high-precision non-contact sensor that automatically calibrates and corrects for any variations or unevenness at 49 points across the print platform. Simply click the button on the screen to activate automatic levelling, and then use the user interface to slightly adjust the Z-axis compensation. Additionally, the hotbed's hand-leveling knobs can be used for auxiliary levelling for improved print quality and compensation results.

Noise levels are kept below 50db thanks to the STM 32-bit silent motherboard and a more practical nozzle heat dissipation structure. POM V-slot wheels with wear resistance move quietly, easily, and precisely. To ensure printing safety, the 500W wide voltage power supply can be switched automatically based on the input voltage and does not require adjustment.
The accuracy and stability of printing are improved by the Z-axis dual lead screw+Z-axis dual motor design with better synchronisation. The Z-axis gantry's stability is improved by the double tie rod structure. The Y-axis components are guided by dual profiles to improve the balance of the Y-axis and the stability of the printing platform, and the XY-axis belt tensioner is easier to adjust belt tightness with a hand-twist knob.
Flexing the print steel sheet makes it simple to remove the printed models and the PEI magnetic platform with good adhesion.
For quick and smooth filament extrusion and adequate discharge, the potent double-gear direct extruder with a 3:1 reduction ratio and enhanced gearing force is combined with a titanium alloy throat pipe. To meet the temperature requirements of different filaments, such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU, the 420W hot bed can be quickly heated up to 100°C.
