Strong frame with four vertical aerospace aluminium profiles and strong metal plates. Stainless steel linear shafts with a hardness of 60 HRC support all of the X, Y, and Z axes. The moving printing head's inertia force is effectively resisted by the printer.
For a smooth fit, the integrated XY axis gantry system is CNC machined with 0.0lmm precision. Further reducing mechanical mistakes and improving accuracy are the accurate, high-torque motors and robust timing belts and pulleys.
Strong extrusion and retraction force is delivered by the "Sprite" dual-gear direct drive extruder. The inner-polished copper alloy nozzle and bi-metal heat break operate with reduced heat creep at a sustained high temperature. Moreover, it includes two sizable 5015 cooling fans.
