The extruder in K1C boasts improvements such as a reinforced spring and a ball plunger, ensuring a secure grip on the filament with no loosening. The design guarantees a clog-free extrusion for over 1000 hours.
A titanium alloy heatbreak is built into the long-lasting steel-tipped copper nozzle. It prevents heatcreep and can be easily swapped.
The printhead fans are dynamically balanced to reduce wobbling, thereby minimizing the occurrence of ringing or ghosting artifacts.
1.Hotend fan Minimizes heat creep
There is very little heat creeping up from the hotend to the extruder. It prevents premature filament melting from disrupting the feeding flow.
