It supports various file formats including STL, OBJ, and AMF, and can be connected to a computer or network via USB, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi for seamless file transfer and printing.
The Elegoo Mars 4 DLP 3D Printer uses TI (Texas Instruments) DLP technology to direct and concentrate the 405nm beam onto the bottom of the resin tank with up to 95% light uniformity. Tempered glass effectively reduces light diffusion and stray light interference by replacing traditional LCD screens with up to 95% light transmittance. Meanwhile, the full-gray anti-aliasing algorithm greatly reduces jagged edges, resulting in a smoother and more delicate model surface.
The DLP projector has a service life of 20,000+ hours, which is ten times longer than the 2,000 hours lifespan of an LCD screen, which means you will save a lot of money on maintenance costs for replacing your LCD printer's screen.
With approximately 1/7 the energy consumption of LCD printers, the 12W ultra-low operating power is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Because lower power consumption generates less heat, there is no need for a cooling fan to dissipate heat, lowering print noise below 48 dB.
The Z-axis linear rail has been thickened from 15mm to 20mm, effectively reducing the vibration amplitude during Z-axis movement and the layer pattern of printed models for improved final print results. Build plate with sandblasted surface and strong adhesion to improve printing success rate.
There are three printing modes available: static mode, dynamic mode (including smooth and high-speed mode), and high-speed mode. In dynamic mode, the slicing software adjusts the printing speed based on the cross-sectional size of the printed model to reduce the impact of the release force and thus improve printing efficiency. Furthermore, Elegoo self-developed a new open-source GOO slicing format that is fully compatible with multiple slicing software.
To create a refreshing printing environment, the USB-powered air purifier with built-in activated carbon can absorb and filter resin odour. Alternatively, you can opt for Elegoo's upcoming first large air purifier (210*247*410mm) designed specifically for the photocuring field, which can remove up to 95% of VOCs.
