The Creatbot F430 is a top-of-the-line 3D Printerthat offers a powerful combination of performance and convenience. With a large build volume of 400 x 300 x 300 mm, you can print large and complex objects with ease. The printer features a high-precision nozzle that can print layers as thin as 0.04 mm, ensuring the highest level of detail and accuracy. The F430 is also designed with user-friendliness in mind. Plus, its enclosed printing chamber and advanced temperature control system provide a stable printing environment, resulting in consistent and reliable prints every time.
The D600 and D600 Pro are outfitted with 1.75mm dual extruders and hotends from the fourth generation. The left extruder has a 260°C hotend and can print PLA, ABS, PC, Nylon, Carbon fibre, Flexible, and other materials. The correct extruder 420°C hotend is built of martensite steel and is capable of printing high performance materials. The dual hotend is removable, giving you more options for your application.
We exclusively study and develop the extruder feeding system and guide rail, which support high-speed printing. Its printing precision can approach 0.04mm, and it enables for continuous filament extrusion without blockage.
A completely enclosed chamber can eliminate all external interference and reduce noise. The hot chamber mechanism maintains a constant ambient temperature of 70°C, preventing prints from warping and deforming.
The printer will automatically store print information and remember its current location. When power abruptly goes out, lower the platform and remove the filament. After powering on, it will resume printing from the last spot where it had stopped. Not a trace! When the filament is out, the printer will pause printing and give an alert to prevent invalid printing.
The air filter system is more suited for usage in homes, schools, and offices since it can adsorb pollutants and gases produced by printing with particular filaments like ABS, Nylon, and PC.
The printer is equipped with a heatable glass-ceramic platform that has the best low expansion coefficient and high thermal efficiency, preventing deformation during heating and cooling. The majority of materials adhere quite well to beds and can be extruded. Fully automatic levelling is achieved using an auto levelling sensor and clever Z axis compensation table height while printing.
