The Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra provides the ultimate in printing precision and quality. It has a 10-inch 12K mono LCD with a resolution of 11520x5120 and an XY resolution of 19x24 microns, as well as an XY resolution of 19x24 microns. This enables you to print models with fine details and sharp edges.
A COB + refractive light source is used in the printer, which reduces light dispersion and provides uniform and consistent light distribution, resulting in high-quality prints with a smooth surface and dimensional accuracy.
Supporting file transfers over Wi-Fi at rates of 6–10 Mbps, Because the printer works with both 2.4G and 5G networks, you can transfer files from your computer or mobile device with ease. Additionally, a removable antenna is included and can be found on the right side of the printer.
With the brand new ACF release film, specifically designed for the Saturn 3 Ultra, you can expect higher printing success rates. With less release force, one side is frosted (face down), and the other side is smooth, allowing for printing speeds up to three times faster, reaching speeds of up to 150 mm/H when combined with the upcoming Elegoo Rapid standard resin. Saturn 3 Ultra features an all-metal machine body that improves the printer's stability and durability, allowing it to withstand the rigours of frequent use. The sleek and modern design of the printer also adds a touch of elegance to your workspace.
The Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra provides consistent and precise printing performance. The Z-axis has an integrated ball screw and dual linear guide rail, which ensures ultra-steady and accurate movement even at high printing speeds of up to 150 mm/H and reduces layer texture on your final prints.
The 4-point levelling system features four clockwise-tightening screws for easy alignment and optimal performance. There is no need to level again after the initial levelling. The laser-engraved build plate provides excellent adhesion for tightly holding models during printing and easily removing the model after printing is completed.
The 4-inch HD IPS touch screen with an 800*480px resolution and a new UI interface design is simple to use and supports multilingualism for greater convenience.
Saturn 3 Ultra supports three printing modes with Voxeldance Tango Slicer and an open-source GOO slice file format, providing greater flexibility to choose the mode that best fits your printing needs.
For effective heat dissipation, the printer uses double heat-conducting copper tubes and a larger cooling fan, ensuring that your printer performs optimally and has a long service life. During printing, the plug-in air purifier with an activated carbon filter removes resin odour, and the printer has a USB socket reserved for dual USB air purifiers. Alternatively, for a healthier printing environment, consider the Elegoo MarsMate air purifier, which has a 95% VOC purification efficiency.
