The Klipper motherboard and ARM 64-bit 1.5G main frequency quad-core processor enable the Neptune 4 Pro to process and execute commands more quickly, enabling you to finish your print projects quickly and effectively. Neptune 4 Pro can print at up to 500mm/s. You can start printing right away without having to deal with the hassle of installing firmware thanks to our pre-installed Klipper firmware. Additionally, it supports pressure advance, which aids in predicting nozzle pressure for more precise and consistent extrusion and less filament ooze and blobbing, input shaping, which aids in removing artefacts and resonances on the model surface..
Another important component that guarantees consistent and smooth extrusion is the dual-gear direct drive extruder, which weighs only 75% as much as the Neptune 3 Pro. The dual-gear design and 5.2:1 reduction ratio guarantee a tight hold on the filament and keep the flexible filament from slipping and grinding. The throat pipe of the copper-titanium bi-metal has a special air duct design for quicker throat pipe heat dissipation and less nozzle clogging. You can experiment with a wider range of materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and high-temp filaments like nylon, thanks to the 300°C high-temp nozzle with an extended hotend design that fully melts the filament.
The intelligent segmented heatbed and hot bed overheat protection switch on the ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro help to increase efficiency and save energy while preventing thermal runaway from damaging or igniting the hot bed. The heatbed is perfect for smaller models because it can be set to 100W to heat only the centre area (120mmx120mm). The heatbed can be set to 250W for larger models, heating the entire surface area. Additionally, the two partitions can be manually adjusted to provide for flexible temperature changes. Simply gently bend the print steel plate to release or pop off the prints using the PEI magnetic platform, which has a special coating and spring steel sheet for good adhesion and anti-warping.
With silent drivers for all axes and noise levels below 50db, the ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro 3D Printer is designed for quiet and precise printing. Its durable POM V-guide wheels move quietly, smoothly, and precisely. The Z-axis dual lead screw + Z-axis dual motor design improves synchronisation, increasing print head accuracy and stability.
The Neptune 4 Pro has two thickened 4015 ball bearing cooling fans on either side of the print head and four 4020 ball bearing blower fans behind it to ensure quick and omnidirectional cooling of freshly deposited models. This cooling system prevents problems like warping or deformation by allowing the hot filament to bond quickly for better overhang and bridge results even at a fast printing speed.
The 4.3-inch removable capacitive touchscreen has a model preview function and a printing pause function for your convenience. It can be used either hand-held or fixed to the base. For viewing the model printing in low light, the gantry has a 30 bead LED light strip, a hood, and an LED light on the nozzle.
